leave and we did not have a return date- She was offered options to book with other highly qualified therapist and she stated she would prefer to wait for her return.
Ms. [redacted] discussed gifting some sessions to her daughter and a partial refund to her American Express-which we do not accept. So we inquired further.
Her desired therapist has returned and is here more than Tuesdays and Thursdays-
Nobody "dragged their feet" we have simply from the start made efforts to accommodate her pkg purchase. With the purchase it is no exchanges or no refunds clearly printed on the receipt. We have been accessible to Ms. [redacted] 7 days a week.
As far as my response I have been out of the office with two deaths in our family and now I am typing with one hand as I have had shoulder surgery. WE have 30 years of excellence and continue to have just that- Life on occasion keeps myself and staff members home where they need to be. With that being stated we have not veered off our course of service. Ms. [redacted] has not be denied her purchased. She on her own decided to seek out another therapist at another facility-rather than try another qualified therapist here-So at this point again she can sue the value here -gift it out -we do not offer refunds.

As the customer, it is my decision who I want for a massage. I chose not to use anyone else and while the person I like has returned, she is only there 2 days a week in the middle of the day, according to a letter I received from the owner.
I work full time and cannot get a massage in the middle of the day.
And by the way, I was offered a male as a replacement and I do not care for a male massaging me. Regardless, I liked the one who left in September and did not want a replacement. That is why I went somewhere else and asked for a refund right away. I would like my money back minus the one massage that I had. I am not interested in doing business with someone who is not interested in full customer service which in this case would be refunding a dissatisfied customer rather than telling me to "sue" for my refund.
