Review: Repeated calls after asking to be removed from calling list
This company repeatedly calls our house after we have asked them to stop. We have expressed that we are not interested in changing energy providers and do not wish to be contacted.Desired Settlement: N/A

First and foremost, I want to apologize to Ms. [redacted] for the phone calls. We work with several independent marketing centers who make phone calls on our behalf. As such, although we ask that they send all DNC requests to our office so that we can notify the other marketers, most often these groups remove phone numbers from their own systems but may not follow up with our main office. We would like to properly process Ms. [redacted]'s request, but unfortunately her phone number was not provided to us in the paperwork received from you. Would you be able to obtain that information so that we may ask all of the marketers to immediately remove her number from their dialers? Would you be able to provide that information to us?
