We are extremely pleased with our experience with Positive Energy Solar. Daniel was excellent! He showed up on time and ready to work. In a short time, he diagnosed and fixed our solar array and identified some additional items that could cause issues in the near future. He prepared an estimate for those items and completed the work under the estimated cost. I would highly recommend this company based on the work ethic, professionalism, and knowledge of solar arrays.

Since April my solar panels have been on the brink. I have had numerous technicians come out to try and fix them but the problem still exists. I have escalated this to upper management and I received 3 emails and one phone call which I had to prompt. I was assured that this would get resolved within a few weeks. The SunPower team assured me that I would get a phone call from their upper technicians who would come out and fix the problem but instead they never called me and sent out a local technician who has been very friendly each time he has come out but the main problem is not getting resolved still. I spend lots of money on the solar panels in order to save money but it's starting to cost me more money instead of saving money. My inverter keeps shutting off and I have told them specifically Mark D and Mark R my last interaction with them was the beginning of June and they assured me that this would be taken care of and it is already July. I feel there's been sufficient time for them to repair this situation or replace any parts that have needed to have been replaced and sufficient time to keep me updated about things that have been going on which none of the previous has happened.

Thank you for allowing Positive Energy Solar and SunPower (manufacturer) to work with you on the issue with your solar system. I can see how you would be frustrated by your system's inverter continuing to shut off and requiring continued technical support to diagnose the cause. I am confident that we have found a resolution to the issue and the manufacturer is committed to reimburse you for the total shortfall in energy production once fully resolved if in excess of the $300.00 they have already provided.

Prior to the Revdex.com complaint filed on 7/3, Positive Energy Solar had replaced the main conductors reworked all electrical connections and performed the complete site inspection and been in communications with the manufacturer to determine the cause of the systems issue. The manufacturer reached out to you on 7/5 to give an update on the resolution and advised it may take a few weeks for replacement parts, which you graciously allowed us time to receive. On 8/7, Positive Energy replaced all 17 modules; however, ran into an issue recommissioning the inverter. On 8/9, we received approval to replace the inverter with estimated delivery within (7) days. After a full replacement of modules and inverter, we are confident that the issue will be resolved.

We strive to do things right the first time, unwilling to compromise on quality, and are committed to making things right in the rare circumstances that an issue arises that are out of our control. We will continue to be in communication with you and the manufacturer throughout this process and thank you again for your patience and understanding.

This company was great, from our salesman, Chris, at the beginning, to our final inspection by Don at the end. Not knowing much about the details of solar, only that we wanted to be more environmentally friendly, it seemed like we asked a hundred questions. They were all answered patiently and professionally, from how it all worked, how to finance and tax credit questions...to how to use the online monitoring when the install was complete. The installers did a beautiful job and everything looks great...very, very professional. We are so excited and thankful to be able to do our part in taking care of our earth. This company is exceptional and we highly recommend them!

I experienced excellent customer service with Positive Energy Solar. I highly recommend them for all your solar power needs.

Sunpower of Santa Fe has besieged me repeatedly with illegal robocalls. I have asked them to desist. They refuse to agree.

There is currently a scam in which a non-affiliated organization is robocalling customers regarding "free solar panels" that shows up on the caller id as "Sun_Power". These calls are NOT originating from SunPower by Positive Energy Solar and we have made an official complaint with the FCC. Our company never makes unsolicited calls as it goes against our core principles. We are doing everything within our power to have these calls stopped.
