Review: I purchased an item from this company as listed online from [redacted]. I paid immediately for the item through [redacted] for which the Item was supposed to be shipped within 3 business days to my address here in Maryland. After the 3 day period I had not received any notice of the item being shipped I contacted the seller via [redacted] email and requested a status update on the shipping for which the seller did not respond. After the 6th business day went by, for which in the mean time I had called the business requesting a status on my purchase and never received a return call, I requested help from [redacted] to try to contact the seller to find out what was happening with my purchase. They could not get in touch with the owner either. On the 7th business day I filed a claim with [redacted] to insure, since the business owner wouldn't respond, I would at least at some point receive my money back even though it would be held up for a not so pleasant time period. On the 8th day the business owner through [redacted] requested the transaction be cancelled and he would refund my money. I accepted the agreement but he once again has not followed through with his agreement and refund my money through [redacted] or any other means. As far as I am concerned the business should not be allowed to hold a license in this fine state.Desired Settlement: Since he has not provided me with my merchandise or refunded my money as he promised I am requesting that he not only refund my initial amount including tax and shipping of $72.61 but an additonal $7.00 that I will have to pay my credit card company due to a payment occuring on these funds for something I have not had in my posession and would have to pay if he would have refunded them at the time promised.
