Don't ever order from them!!!!!
I ordered products 5 weeks ahead of scheduled event and the day of the event I received an email advising they did not have the product available. Ruined my event. They took my money immediately but never bothered to advise product pending or not available! Ridiculous and unprofessional!

Should have reviewed this before placing order.
I should have read this review before I placed an order. 11/25 placed order and same day credit card was charged it's 12/09 today but there's no progress in shipment. whenever I call either they hear me and hung up after putting me on hold for 10 minutes or they have no idea when they're shipping it. I am so frustrated, what kind of business practice these people are in? what type of employees/customer service they are providing? I am done! It's all b[censored]!

I ordered both mothers day and fathers day gifts the first of april and received the fathers day gifts a couple weeks later, here it is Monday the day after mothers day and no gifts at church yesterday on mothers day, no one answers the phone after holding for 27 min and no answer to several emails. not much I can do except warn others of this company,

Review: The following is a complete list of dates and occurrences of concern:

8/*/14 I placed an order online for lanyards for the entire school staff’s 1st day at my daughter’s school. I emailed my logo to the email address provided.

8/**/14 I received an email requesting my logo for the items I ordered.

8/**/14 I emailed the logo AGAIN.

8/**/14 I received a request for art proof. Emailed response immediately.

Unknown date Someone called to request the date of our event. I explained I needed them by 8/** at the latest. This date gave PP 18 days to complete and deliver order.

8/**/14 I received 36 out of 75 ordered lanyards. The box contained 4 plastic baggies each with 10 lanyards except the final baggie contained 6 lanyards. NO PACKING SLIP. I called immediately to rectify the issue. I was made to feel as though I was lying. I was told that all baggies had 10 in them. I was also told that per their info, all 75 were shipped. I was told that you would “have someone call me right back”.

8/**/14 I called back since nobody had called me yet only to be told that the “Resolution Dept.” has a response time of 24-48 hours. I expressed that I should not have been told they’d call me right back then. I also expressed that a 24-48 hour turnaround time on YOUR errors was unacceptable. Errors should be rectified immediately especially if they are needed for a particular event! Customer satisfaction is #1. [redacted] at Ext [redacted] called and left me a message. As soon as I received the message I returned her call leaving my cell # (for easier/quicker access) and asked her to call back ASAP which SHE NEVER DID. Nobody did.

8/**/14 I received a letter in the mail indicating that I was receiving a $5 credit from A/R. I have no idea or explanation as to what this credit is for. I ASSUME that since the package was lighter (only shipped 36 instead of 75) the shipping charge was $5 cheaper…….thus proving that I did not receive 75 lanyards. I called and spoke with someone who was not able to indicate what the credit was for but was told that the original order was being re-run and shipped out tomorrow (8/**/14). After expressing my disapproval of the company and its policies I asked for a full refund and was told I was being given a whopping 10% refund.

9/*/14 I called for an update on the status of my order and was told to expect the shipment by 4:30pm on Monday 9/*/14. I received the shipment of the missing 39 lanyards about 2 hours later.

9/**/14 As of today I have not yet seen the $5 credit nor the 10% refund that I was promised so I emailed their service dept with this list.

9/**/14 As of today I have still not heard from anyone in the company or received a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. I'm sure I will not get it but even the $5 credit and the 10% refund they stated I would be given would be great.....along with a letter of apology!

Review: On 2/*/14 I mailed an order for products with a Date Requested of 2/**/14. I called on 2/** because order was not received only to find out it was not in stock and delivery would be delayed, they were to receive a shipment on 2/**. I called again on 3/* to find out status of order only to find out yet again that it would be delayed, shipment not in untile March [redacted] Because of their lack of communication about delay/s and my having to already reschedule a trip around receipt of this order, I requested cancellation of remaining item/s and a refund. On 3/* I sent an email to confirm cancellation and request for refund. On 4/** I called yet again to find out status of refund only to find out it would be an additional 6 to 8 weeks before refund sent. It has been over 2 months since inital request on 3/* and no refund. They were quick to cash my check to get their money; it's too bad I cannot charge them interest for the delay in refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund.

Collections Rep forwarded paperwork to be processed.Refund check sent 6/**/14 was returned to Positive Promotions because the check was not signed. 7/*/14 check was given to A/P to have signed and re-emailed to customer.Customer wants to be removed from mailing and catalog lists. Customer was removed as requested 6/**/15"

Review: For the second time, this company has lied to me. With this particular order, I was informed twice, by 2 different people, that they had 300 of the item I ordered. (Needed 65) They over charged my account. Took 3 days to refund the overage. Was informed 2 days after ordering that my order was out of stock and would not be available by the date promised. When talking to one [redacted], who quickly changed his story, informed me that there was nothing he could do to help, unless I changed my order. Was able to find something comparable, so I called back and got a different [redacted]. This [redacted] stated that, they had my other ones in stock so he didn't know what the run around was. He did change my order and after a week of run around and lies, and an overdraft on my account due to their over charge, which they will not send a letter to fix, I finally have something to give at our volunteer ambulance Christmas party.Desired Settlement: I feel that they should make good on the $25 fee for their over charge.

Review: A website search for color changing cups brings up a link to a positive promotions cup that I ordered. It says color changing in the web search and on the tab for the page, but it did not change colors as advertised. I tried to resolve the issue which they tell me is my fault even though the website link is inaccurate.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and to send the product back.
