Good morning, I suppose we start with this with we are a star salon with over reviews and this is the first under star we have ever heard had.I (the owner [redacted] ) has stopped selling "tanning packages" do to maintenance on our tanning bed we offered pay per visit up to June 1, At that point the I had put $into trying to bring the bed up to my par I had to make a very large hard decision to end tanning at that point Luckily for me I did not have to many people only that I had to refund in which I had cash set aside for them, or they could use as a salon credit for anything we offered including product The Saturday before Mothers Day a women came in requesting Gift Certificates for tanning My most trusted stylist was here that day and helped Ms***She had taken the time to explain that we were not selling packages but she could buy a certificate for a certain value Ms [redacted] chose to purchase two $Gift Certificates and at $ When we sold certificates for tanning they are clearly marked "Tanning" I have examples I will attach to show Ms***s certificates were clearly cash value The first time I met the woman using the certificate I heard a ruckus in the reception area so I came out front to address issue She was told we were no longer offering tanning and the woman blew up at my staffshe was very rude and mad that we had to make that decisionWhen I came into the conversation I told her she could tan till June 1, and we would put her deal on hold until we were able to offer tanning again do to needed maintenanceShe was pleased and pleasant with that plan, and she continued to tan from May 10th to May 31, To be detailed she used the tanning bed times (which would have cost $had she paid per tan.) The day in June she came in I told her we could not do anymore tanningShe was fine with that seems how I explained to her previously before this conversation I offered $cash back to her or a salon credit which ever one she wanted She choose a credit and asked if her husband could use it so I wrote down her info and tagged her account so she could share this.Moments later my nail tech received a nasty phone call from Ms [redacted] she said to My nail tech, " you are a lying bh" My nail tech very comely and professionally said, "I'm sorry I am just the Nail Tech" When I heard her say that I stopped with my client and took the phone call and she said she would report me to Revdex.comI told her to do what she needed to doShe then hung up and wrote a nasty [redacted] review on my face book page telling people we are a "rip off".For what it is worth if I need to submit copy's of certificates, proof of tanning used, proof of credit, and witnesses I absolutely can do that but I prefer to get back to work at this pointPlease let me know if that is a issue. As far as her getting money back from salon I will not honor her request for the remaining balance as it is salon policy I offered it once out of kindness her other Gift Certificates may be used but I will not welcome Ms [redacted] or Ms [redacted] (tanner) into my salon again for they are disrespectful and rude to my employees and no respect for my other clientsThey may pass the certificates on as gifts.I absolutely will not be apologizing for this nor would I expect one back from themAs far as I am concerned this business relationship needs to be dissolved and done.I may as well take this time to correct a few errors on the allegation I receivedGift Certificates were sold that day not 6The daughter tanned for over weeksWe did offer cash back of $value for the one certificate she used The other were never brought upThe woman that purchased the certificates never requested her money back to myself (the owner)Their was never any "Lying" we were open and honest, the certificate was for a amount not for tanning One more thing I personally would like to addWhy would Ms [redacted] buy so many different amounts and purchase when if it was meant for service (tanning) We would have sold her certificate that plainly stated Tanning.I also have returned the other tanners cash back with absolutely no issues.Have a Great Day!Thank you from Possibilities Salon!

Good morning, I suppose we start with this with we are a 5 star salon with over 30 reviews and this is the first under 4 star we have ever heard had.I (the owner [redacted]) has stopped selling "tanning packages" do to maintenance on our 1 tanning bed.  we offered pay per visit up to June...

1, 2016. At that point the I had put $400 into trying to bring the bed up to my par.  I had to make a very large hard decision to end tanning at that point.  Luckily for me I did not have to many people only 3 that I had to refund in which I had cash set aside for them, or they could use as a salon credit for anything we offered including product.    The Saturday before Mothers Day a women came in requesting Gift Certificates for tanning.  My most trusted stylist was here that day and helped Ms. [redacted]. She had taken the time to explain that we were not selling packages but she could buy a certificate for a certain value.  Ms. [redacted] chose to purchase two $10.00 Gift Certificates and 1 at $40.00.  When we sold certificates for tanning they are clearly marked "Tanning"  I have examples I will attach to show Ms. [redacted]s certificates were clearly cash value.   The first time I met the woman using the certificate I heard a ruckus in the reception area so I came out front to address issue.  She was told we were no longer offering tanning and the woman blew up at my staff. she was very rude and mad that we had to make that decision. When I came into the conversation I told her she could tan till June 1, 2016 and we would put her deal on hold until we were able to offer tanning again do to needed maintenance. She was pleased and pleasant with that plan, and she continued to tan from May 10th to May 31, 2016.  To be detailed she used the tanning bed 10 times (which would have cost $100 had she paid per tan.) The day in June she came in I told her we could not do anymore tanning. She was fine with that seems how I explained to her previously before this conversation.  I offered $10 cash back to her or a salon credit which ever one she wanted.  She choose a credit and asked if her husband could use it so I wrote down her info and tagged her account so she could share this.Moments later my nail tech received a nasty phone call from Ms. [redacted] she said to My nail tech, " you are a lying bh"  My nail tech very comely and professionally said, "I'm sorry I am just the Nail Tech"  When I heard her say that I stopped with my client and took the phone call  and she said she would report me to Revdex.com. I told her to do what she needed to do. She then hung up and wrote a nasty 1* review on my face book page telling people we are a "rip off".For what it is worth if I need to submit copy's of certificates, proof of tanning used, proof of credit, and 4 witnesses I absolutely can do that but I prefer to get back to work at this point. Please let me know if that is a issue. As far as her getting money back from salon I will not honor her request for the remaining balance as it is salon policy.  I offered it once out of kindness.  her other Gift Certificates may be used but I will not welcome Ms. [redacted] or Ms. [redacted] (tanner) into my salon again for they are disrespectful and rude to my employees and no respect for my other clients. They may pass the certificates on as gifts.I absolutely will not be apologizing for this nor would I expect one back from them. As far as I am concerned this business relationship needs to be dissolved and done.I may as well take this time to correct a few errors on the allegation I received...3 Gift Certificates were sold that day not 6The daughter tanned for over 3 weeksWe did offer cash back of $10 value for the one certificate she used.  The other 2 were never brought upThe woman that purchased the certificates never requested her money back to myself (the owner)Their was never any "Lying" we were open and honest, the certificate was for a amount not for tanning.  One more thing I personally would like to add... Why would Ms. [redacted] buy so many different amounts and purchase 3 when if it was meant for 1 service (tanning) We would have sold her 1 certificate that plainly stated Tanning.I also have returned the other tanners cash back with absolutely no issues.Have a Great Day!Thank you from Possibilities Salon!
