Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me 11-3-2015Revdex.com:First, I would like to state that this will be my last correspondence on this matter I am sure the fine folks at the Revdex.com have far better things to do than listen to back and forth rants, and I feel the matter is resolved I too am busy with my TWO jobs and wish to no longer converse with these unprofessional people, as I always try to steer clear of angry, negative beings I will, however, state the facts.I did not leave my current employment, I obtained a second job I was waiting for my first paycheck from this second job to pay for my dog?s vet bill.I only ASKED for an extension--with full intentions of paying in full The Wii was a joke?(didn?t they hear me laughing!?) As far as selling any of my personal belongings, I, along with hundreds of other people, have joined an online site where you can sell anything from toys to cars My decision!! And none of their business!! And completely irrelevant!! They were paid in full!! The entire issue was my pet?s RECORDS (which I received), and the PRESCRIPTION.I no longer need the written Rx, as it is on the records that were mailed to me I have obtained veterinary care elsewhere and also have chosen to take my dog off of the life-long medication that was prescribed to her due to long term side effects (of which I was told there were none)!Thank-you Revdex.com for your assistance in this matter as it was of great help.Sincerely, [redacted]

I am responding to the complaint ID of *** Unfortunately we all know there are those customers that feel they can and should dictate ones business policyThis individual requested our services and we graciously agreed to help her outAs you can see by the 'medical
history enclosed, we have not seen her on a routine basis which does not matter to usWe are a small veterinary clinic have limited hours, but we make our selves available for emergencies 24/7.We agreed to perform the surgery her dog needed after hours even though it really wasn't an emergency.As you can see by the medical history upon discharge she requested a two week extension to pay her billThis was grantedThen when the time came to deposit her check she reneged...see medical historyShe had the audacity to offer her daughters WII in trade for her services! She was informed her check was going to be deposited as agreed upon.We later found out that she was on Facebook trying to sell the WII and basically begging for money to pay for her veterinary bill that she had already incurred and promised to pay??? See attached add fro Facebook.She requested her medical records (which have been sent}, said we were rude, threated to turn us into Revdex.com, then asked for a prescription for a drug for her other petI informed her that she had fired us as her veterinarian and that we no longer had a veterinary client, patient relationship and thus I was legally unable to write her a prescriptionShe states that I was screaming at her on the phone which not true and I have witness to that very conversation'She hung up the phone!Hope this helpsRespectfully,Allan S*** VMD

Review: My complaint is against Possum Ridge Veterinary Clinic. My dogs received care in the month of September...[redacted] (incontinence issues, on 9-8-15) and [redacted] (lumpectomy, on 9-29-15). After asking, and being granted, the permission for the clinic to "hold my check" until my payday, I called again to see if I could get an extension--which was a definite and RUDE NO--(phone conversation with Katie). So after letting that conversation sink in on how I was treated on the phone, I called back to have my records sent to me. I called again the following week after not receiving my records and also asked for my dog's prescription so I could fill her life-long prescription elsewhere. Dr. S[redacted] got on the phone and started yelling at me and saying I "fired" them as my vet and I didn't want to pay my bill. Both statements are UNTRUE as I never uttered the words saying they were fired, I just asked for my records....and my payment to them was processed. He said he would NOT send my dogs RX prescription because they were no longer my veterinarian. I said to mail a copy of the original prescription ...when I guess I was a current client. He refused. My complaint is the refusal to give my dog's prescription to me, which is needed for me to order my dog's medicine. They NEVER sent me a written notice severing ties and I believe they need to give a notice (maybe 30 days?) where they still have to see my pets if emergency care is needed. So please investigate this matter as they are not being professional in their actions and legally I have the RIGHT to my dog's records, including any and all prescriptions. Thank-you.Desired Settlement: I would like my records and prescriptions mailed to me.
