Review: This company charged my account for a product I did not order. They have my information and I do not know how they got it. When I finally got a phone number I called the company and asked for a refund and was told that they would still charge my account $10 for a product that I dis not order. The supervisor I spoke with Jason Lee hung up on me after I asked for the company information and told him I was reporting them to the BBQ for fraud and theft.Desired Settlement: I want all of my money returned to me.
