I lived at the Roosevelt Apartments at Walnut Street in Philadelphia from 2015-Since I left, (a) my security deposit has not been returned within the timeframe legally required by the Philadelphia Fair Housing Commission, (b) I was overcharged for electricity in a manner that violated my lease, (c) maintenance requests took weeks or never occurred at all, (d) it look over a month and a dozen reminders to receive a mail key, (e) multiple fire alarms went off between 3am - 6am, and (f) I was never added to the call box despite over a dozen remindersIt was a terrible, terrible experience
