Subject: complaint #*** ** *** came into post falls performance with a substanual oil leak in his chev s-blazer, we set up an appt and put the blazer on the hoist to check for where the leaks were coming fromwe cleaned the area and let the vehicle run on the
hoist to see where the leaks werethe front oil cooler hose and the trans cooler line connections were leakingwe also noted that the motor mounts were broken and this was possibly the cause for the leakswe discussed this with ** *** and give him a quotehe was not able to afford the motor mounts and any additional work so we put in the front section of the oil cooler lines and repaired the trans cooler connnection for the quoted price** *** came in and stated this should take care of all the oil leaks but I told him this may not take care of every oil leak(we only addressed the large leaks and didn't repair motor mounts and rear cooler lines)we also replaced the battery since the vehicle wouldn't start when he brought it in to uswe called ** *** and he oked this alsoafter the parts were installed we ran the vehicle on the hoist and then test drove the vehicle to check for leaks(about mile)he then picked up his vehicle and looked under the car for oil leaks and drove away.a couple of days later he returned saying that the blazer was still leaking oilwe were very busy that day and set up an appt for him the enxt dayhe missed this appt and came in later very upset screaming that we had not replaced the parts and he was going to make trouble for usthe reasons we are responding to this letter are #we performed all the work as quoted and oked by ** *** ( we still have the oil cooler line that was replaced)#he missed his appt to inspect the vehicle to make sure that the oil leak was not coming from parts and work we had performed

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, Lies Lies Lies

WE ARE NOT PISSED AT THIS GENTLEMAN, THIS IS JUST PART OF DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC, WE CLEANED THE AREA WHERE THE OIL LEAK WAS COMING FROM TO BETTER DETERMINE THE LOCATION OF THE LEAK THEN CALLED HIM TO GIVE HIM A ESTIMATE FOR REPAIRS. WE TOLD HIM WHAT WE FOUND AND HE AGREED TO THE REPAIRS BUT REFUSED FURTHUR WORK DUE TO MONEY ISSUES. WHEN HE CAME INTO CHECK ON THE BLAZER HE COMMENTED THIS SHOULD TAKE CARE OF ALL THE OIL LEAKS AND I TOLD HIM THEN THAT THERE COULD BE MORE LEAKS SHOW UP. I FEEL WE GIVE HIM THE SERVICE HE PAID FOR AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF HE WOULD HAVE KEPT HIS APPT TO CHECK OUT THE LEAK.

[redacted]SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION REDACTED BY Revdex.com STAFF[redacted]Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I sent you emails of all my paperwork
There is a dispute for a charge on my [redacted] Card as follows:I took my Chevrolet Blazer to Post Falls Performance for needed work that included a new battery, repair of transmission fluid lines and repairing engine oil leak(s) of my vehicle.  This was the agreement that was entered into between me and Post Falls Performance. I paid $375.48 via my [redacted] card when I picked up my vehicle. It turned out that the oil lines had not been replaced and my vehicle was still leaking oil.I then took my car to [redacted] and was told that the oil lines in fact had not been replaced and they quoted a price of $350 to do the work.  Attached is their estimate for the work and also verification that the oil leak problem had not been fixed.  I declined to have them fix the leak.I returned to Post Falls Performance to have them complete the work we had agreed to. They informed me that they would look at the problem and if they had not fixed the leak as required then they would not charge me more to have them fix it. If it wasn't their omission, then I would be charged for the work to fix the leak. This was unacceptable to me because the leak was not fixed and I had paid for the same and I had no guarantee that I wouldn't be charged for work I had already paid to have done. After my visit to [redacted] I went back to Post Falls Performance and they would not discuss the situation with me at all.  I then took my vehicle to [redacted] (statement included) and they fixed the leak for $134.05.At this time, I see two options to remedy this situation. No l. I pay $375.48 MINUS the $198 to Post Falls Performance as this was the amount that was charged for the oil leak repair that was not done.  (See attached statement). This would be $177.48.No. 2.  I pay the original bill for $375.48 MINUS the total amount for the repair work done by [redacted] which was $134.05 plus collateral expenses of $50.00.  In that case I would pay to Post Falls Performance  $191.43. •With this letter I request that [redacted] remedy this situation through their resolution department.  Ifyou have any questions, you can reach me by phone
