We appreciate Ms [redacted] taking her time to send in this information the Revdex.com Also, we appreciate the opportunity to tell our side of the story This is an unfortunate situation where Ms [redacted] was unable to maintain her financial responsibility with her vehicle lender, Texas North Financial The information we collected paints a much different picture than what Ms [redacted] is reporting Our records indicate she would not communicate or make her payments in a timely manner therefore the collateral was repossessed We have phone records to prove she did not call or leave messages as stated Communication was only regained once the repossession had taken place Ms [redacted] was provided multiple opportunities to follow through on her promises but in the end, she was unable We want to be respectful of Ms [redacted] and not go into detail about her situation, but all the information collected by Texas North Financial Incsupports the decision to repossess the Chevrolet Equinox Because of the past behavior of Ms***, Texas North Financial Inc will not offer a billing adjustment with this matter We sincerely wish Ms [redacted] well and hope she can put this event behind her and move on with her life
