Post Property Management Reviews (1)

We regret to hear of your confusion on the chargesWe can assure you Post Property Management prides ourselves in handling our tenants concerns in a professional and expedited manorThe following is our response to the facts and our resolution to your concernsOur records indicate ,when your
family was moving into the property, we stated it will not be ready until (Tuesday) the 1st of July,2014, as the tenants were moving out over the weekend and we still needed to have the unit prepared for your move inYour husband begged us several times to please allow you to move in on Monday, June 30th, as you will have no place to go with your stuff and really needed to move in earlyTherefore, we worked all day Sunday to prep the house for your family and scheduled the carpets to be cleaned on Monday, as our carpet cleaning company does not work weekendsWe met you at the house on June 30th and the carpets were still dampYou stated you still wanted to move in, although the carpets were not completely dry(We have since changed our policy and no longer allow move ins prior to the carpets being dried.) Once the carpets dried, you stated the side room off of the garage had a smell in itThe Owner agreed to have new flooring put in the roomThe new flooring was placed in and completed within weeks of you living at the homeIn the mean time, we received your move in inspection sheet and fixed the issues at hand (loose toilet paper roll and an issue with the back sliding glass door lock)We have no record of broken blinds or a dirty house on your move in inspection sheet, and find it quite puzzling you would mention a loose toilet paper holder and not mention broken blinds or a dirty house? Once all issues were resolved, we had no additional communication, other than you stated you were going to be late on rent a couple of times and to thank us for the Christmas Gift CardIn April 2015, you contacted us stating the water heater was not workingWe sent a maintenance company out immediately to resolve the issueWhen they were at your home, they contacted us to inform us about the filth and damages that had been done to the property since your family had moved inWhen we arrived we discovered there was significant water damage created by your family in the shower and on the floorAlthough, you felt these conditions were livable for you and your family, we did notTherefore, we immediately began the repairs to fix the damagesThe damages were so bad that we had to replace the entire sub-floor and all of the vinyl flooringIn addition, the shower had damaged tiles, and therefore, we had to replace half of the shower wallWe also discovered a busted bathroom door and additional filth through-out the houseWe informed you to clean the areasWe received the photos from you of the completed cleaningIn addition, you agreed in writing to pay for the bathroom damages in the amount of $and stated it would be paid in full by the end of SeptemberShortly after this agreement you stated you were moving and would be out by the end of AugustYou agreed to have the place cleaned and the bathroom door that was damaged by you repairedOnce you moved out, we gained access to the home and discovered the door un-installed leaning on the side of the hallway wall and the damage door in the bathroom by the showerWe had to pay someone to come and install the door and replace the blindsIn addition, they had to remove the excessive trash that was left behind by you, which the trash company would not takeWe had a third-party cleaning company come in and do the cleaning and she had to call in additional help to complete the workThe carpets were cleaned prior to you moving in, including the room off of the garageThe Owner will agree to waive $of the charges, as a onetime courtesy to amicably resolve your complaintYou had a $security deposit and $pet deposit, which we have kindly credited all deposits towards your amount owedTherefore, we find that you still owe $Please remit payment to Post Property Management, PO Box 1076, Middleton, ID, Please be advised, we have provided photos and documents to the Revdex.com for their reviewRespectfully, Post Property Management I sent a response to complaint ***We have since received payment in full from the ***However, since the homeowner agreed to provide them a $credit to the billing, we will be providing that portion back to themPlease let me know that you have received my original response and this messageBest Regards,
