My complaint is with Buckley Insurance Agency, Worcester, MA I had purchased a new vehicle and between the Agency and the Insurance carrier they placed me with I received several different quotes I called to speak with the manager, Melinda and later emailed her after not hearing from her I received no response to my email either I forwarded the email I had sent to her, to the owner Scott Dreyer who also never replied I made several phone calls to speak with him and on one occasion he answered He told me he just returned from vacation and would call me back That never happened Where do you go when the owner is not returning an insured 's call!? What makes this even worse is that I was referred to his agency by another business owner who is a friend of his Needless to say I have placed my business elsewhere

I purchased an Ally device (medical alert pendant) from Consumer Cellular with a service plan apparently through Square Trade? The charger for the device diedI plugged it into several different outlets and power cycled it several times with negative resultsI called Consumer Cellular about the issueThey said to leave it charge overnight, that maybe it was just very deadI did thatCalled again the next morning, they stated that it had to go through Square TradeAfter minutes on the phone with a male that barely spoke English, he stated that it was still under manufacturers warrantyHe sent me back to Consumer CellularAfter speaking with Megan (49851) and getting several minutes worth of HOLD and the runaround again, I was told that since I had cleaned the terminals with a Q tip and a dab of alcohol, it was damaged and they would not honor the warrantyI spoke with a supervisor (Susie) she told me that it was now damaged and that Square Trade would have to handle itI do NOT have all day to play phone tennis and be bounced aroundNO RESULTS AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
