This customer did not have a good experience with his mechanic, first told him to buy an engine, then a transmission then a transfer case. was refunded on 4/10 less 25% for the transmission. The customer was refunded in full 4/21 for the engine, in a effort to appease his frustration. Complaint has been resolved.
