Postal Annex #13009

This store could be a great store except that the owner/manager of the store does believe in honoring his word or providing customer service. I shipped a package through this store last year to my family in Florida as a care package for Hurricane Irma but it was never received. I contacted Fedex about submitting a claim and was told it would have to go through PostalAnnex. I explained to Mr. Nunez the manager/store owner and he told me to submit a letter from my family and a receipt and he would submit it. It is now July and my claim is still not submitted. I have spoken with several corporate representatives and they have reached out to Mr. Nunez repeatedly, however he failed to submit the claim even though he assured the Corporate office that he would do so and provide me feedback. Eventually, Corporate informed me that there was nothing that they could do as he is a franchise owner and his own boss. They could only ask or recommend that he submit my claim, a claim Mr. Nunez initially told me he would submit on my behalf. Now the statute of limitations has run out for submitting a claim and I am considering legal action.
