Dear Revdex.com, I am responding to the notice # [redacted] I received regarding Mr [redacted] I have talked with Mr [redacted] numerous times about the situation with [redacted] damaging his television and he realized it was packed more than adequate and and had to be mishandled by [redacted] to sustain the damage that it has, I also called [redacted] on his behalf but they refused to discuss it with me, which I also feel is wrong because not only have we commercially shipped with them for more than years we were the ones who packed it and could address the problem directlyBut if Mr [redacted] has an issue concerning us I would like to knowI have tried to contact him but have been unsuccessfulI am thinking that possibly I received this notice due to the fact that we are in the loop, but if its more than that please let me knowThank you, Sincerely, [redacted] ** [redacted]

But if Mr. [redacted] has an issue concerning us I would like to know. I have tried to contact him but have been unsuccessful. Review: On December 21, 2013, I used this company Postal Center USA, to mail a package. They said it would be shipped Fed Ex. I asked the young man how much it would cost to get it there before Christmas and he said it would be $60.00 and would arrive on December 24th. I asked if that was "guaranteed" and he said yes it was "guaranteed." So since it was guaranteed I paid the $60.00. But the package wasn't delivered until December 26th. I only paid the extra shipping because it was "guaranteed." I feel I have been ripped off. I called Postal Service USA on January 6th, upon my return home from the Holidays, and told [redacted], of the problem. He said he would call Fed Ex and call me in a couple of hours in which he did. But he informed me there was nothing they could do. So I called Fed Ex and spoke with a supervisor, [redacted], and she would not offer any solution. She did say that since it was a busy time the young man at Postal Center USA shouldn't have said it was guaranteed. She did give me a phone number for Fed Ex Revenue and when I called the number I received Caribbean Cruise-lines. I called Postal Service USA back and spoke with [redacted] again and he just wanted me to call back in a couple of hours and speak to his supervisor. I feel I am just getting the "run around" and I paid $60.00 for a service that I didn't receive. I want my $60.00 back. I shouldn't have to pay for something I didn't receive. After all it was...."guaranteed."

THE SITUTATION REFERRED TO IN THIS COMPLAINT IS HAVING TO DO WITH THE SHIPPING OF A CUSTOMERS FEDEX PACKAGE, THE PACKAGE DID NOT ARRIVE ON THE QUOTED ARRIVAL DATE DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON. WE DID CONTACT FEDEX, BUT THEIR POLICY IS THAT THEY DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS WHEN THE PACKAGE IS LATE DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS.

WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS OVER 18 YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS TRIED TO DO WHATEVER WE COULD TO SATISFY OUR CUSTOMERS AND THIS TIME WAS NO DIFFERENT BUT WE ARE LIMITED TO FEDEX' S POLICIES.

IF THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO TO HELP IN THIS SITUTATION LET ME KNOW.
