Review: I ordered two name tags back in May and NEVER received them. I went on several vacations during that time so I forgot about them. When I realized I had ordered them and had not received them I contacted the company by e-mail but all I kept getting was statements that they sent them out. [redacted] was very unprofessional with his e-mails when I e-mailed him over and over telling him I did not get the 2 name tags. It took 9 e-mails before I finally gave up. I work at the post office and the payment was taken out of my uniform credit card allowance. So they have had their payment when the order was placed. It's hard to believe I have to go through all of this for approximately $12.00. They need to send me my name tags. He will tell you that they were delivered by delivery confirmation, however I work at the post office, I know items get delivered to the wrong houses EVERYDAY. I did not receive those name tagsDesired Settlement: Send me the name tags I DID NOT receive in the mail.

[redacted] did send an e-mail to me on July 17 saying she had not received an order placed with us on May 16 for two name badges. I replied the same day informing her that our records indicated her badges shipped on May 21 via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation [redacted]. Per the [redacted] website the package was delivered on May 23. She replied on July 25 saying she was on leave for almost a month, had gone through her mail and e-mails but did not receive the badges. I asked if she had contacted the Delivery Supervisor at the facility that her Postal Carrier works out of to ask about the package since it was scanned as delivered by a USPS Scanner. I explained that we have had situations like this come up with past delivery scans and most times the package has been found at the facility. On August 4 [redacted] replied that she had checked with the facility and the package wasn't found so she was going on to the next complaint step. I assumed by this comment she was going to talk to someone else within the [redacted] (Postmaster, Postal Inspector, etc.) and was waiting to hear back form her to see if they found her package. Since I hadn't received another e-mail I thought perhaps she had her name badges. It appears after reading this complaint that the package was not found. Although the value of the badges is only $12.00 we didn't want to have two more engraved and shipped in the event the [redacted] found her original package. A replacement order has been entered and will be shipped in the next few days.
