Postal Realtor Reviews (4)

Review: Over a month ago I ordered postcards online. When the proof was emailed to me there were several design issues I was not happy with. I called numerous times to request a return call to discuss the issues. The phone message on their line indicated that it was best to email. I emailed several times as well. The cost of the postcards was taken out of my account immediately. I have not heard from the company, nor have I received a refund as I requested.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my money.

Review: On April **, 2014 I placed an order of 500 marketing postal cards to be mailed out to a specific neighborhood within Minnesota. Based upon the website and FAQ's on the website, I learned the turn around time from printing to mailing the cards out is typically 3 weeks. It is now May **, 2014 and the marketing cards have still not been shipped. Over the past two weeks I have left no less than five email and five voicemails trying to get an update on the marketing cards but have yet to hear back from any representative of the company.Desired Settlement: The marketing layout I picked for the card was a spring theme, at this point the cards will not be delivered, if ever, until the summer. I have no confidence in the company in delivering my product and even if they do the marketing strategy will have missed the mark given their lack of communication and horrible turn-around time. I do not feel I should have to pay for a product that was not delivered in the specified time, especially since the company has never contacted me for an update on the status or provided for a reason of the delay.

Review: I ordered custom postcards from Postal Realtor and was guaranteed a proof within 36 hours, it has been a week since I first placed the order. Postal Realtor failed to provide a proof of my order after I have already provided payment information by credit card. I then emailed creative services and support services twice, explaining I have not received my proof, the order or any form of confirmation from communication or the order. I have also not received the order, thankfully, since I have not approved the proof.Desired Settlement: I would like to see my proof and the order arrived by the end of the month, February 2014. I would also like a 20% discount for the inconvenience, loss of money and for the lack of professionalism in conducting their business

Review: I hired Postal Realtors to print and mail 500 postcards for my real estate business. The postcards were printed and inadvertently shipped to me instead of being addressed and mailed as I ordered and paid for. I contacted Postal Realtors when I received the postcards and received an email from [redacted] offering to refund the difference of the mailing or providing me with the option of keeping the cards they sent and they would reprint and mail the order as desired. That was on 3/**/14. I have been trying to contact [redacted] again via email several times over the last month and have not received a single response. I have also emailed all available emails on there website asking for a call or email and have not received a response to any of those as well. Additionally, I have called the telephone number they provide on their website and receive a message to email them for fastest service and then attempts to connect me to a representative. I have called over 40 times and have never been connected to a representative. I have left messages here as well and not received a call back. This is negatively impacting my business as these postcards were a vital part of my spring marketing campaign which is now in distress because of Postal Realtors lack of communication and performance.Desired Settlement: I would like Postal Realtors to complete the reprint and mailing as soon as possible and provide proof of mailing and mailing list so that I can follow up with recipients to ensure delivery. As an alternative, I would accept a full refund go $449 plus $250 for loss of business and aggravation,
