Hello My name is [redacted] ,I addressed this issue with Mr [redacted] I believed it was a fedex ground packageWhen he called me about this issue, I called fedex and they told me that ground services are 2-regular time to deliver a packageThat the packages was not late, because it was delivered within those seven daysI called Mr [redacted] , with no answer? I left a message.? FedEx will not issue a refund for this package to us, that's why we can't issue a refund to the customer.Thank you [redacted] ?

Sorry for not attending this on timeAfter thanksgiving we are very busy.We did received the package for this customerWe notice that it was for the ham baked companyAs for the business we do with our customer, we only received packages, regardless of what is insidewe received this on the of November, we closed at 6:pm everydayyes the 24th was a working day, but as a business we decided to closed, we are not part of the post office, we decided our own hours, and we always post in the window and door of the business if we will b clod. we don't call people homes if we are not request towe apologized for this issue, and we want to solve thisBut paying for the all value of the item seems like it was all our fault.please let me know how can we solved this.Thank you [redacted] Postalannex 4273231-c business park drvista, ca560-***

Review: On 6/6/14 I went to the store to mail off a cashiers check to my 401k to pay off a loan that I had. Had the check in the envelope and went to go purchase a stamp and I did and she took my envelope and I assumed that she would put the stamp on it for me since she took my envelope for me. I saw her bend down under the cash register like she was putting my envelope somewhere. I left that day and I contacted Charles Schwab on 6/11/14 to see if the received my check and they stated they didn't. So I waited till the end of the week to check again and they still didn't have it. I emailed Postal Annex on 6/16/14 to complain and for them to find my check incase it was misplaced somewhere. [redacted] wrote me back on 6/18/14 stating that the mail goes out everyday at 4:00 pm to the Carlsbad post office. So I contacted the post office and they said they didn't have it and so I contacted the post office in [redacted], OH where the check would of went for processing to Charles Schwab and they didn't have it. Contacted the bank on several occassions to see if it has been cashed yet and till this day it hasn't. I contacted Postal Annex again and asked them to look around the area where they put out going mail incase it fell between something and no reply. I honestly believe it's still in that store and they weren't trying to go out their way to look for it or find it. No sorry or nothing. So per my bank I have to wait 60 days before they will refund/reissue a new cashiers check. Maybe if the lady wasn't watching TV show on her cell phone when I walked in and paid more attention my check would of made it to its destination as I expected to and as they are reliable of doing when I use their service there. I will never use that branch again and have told all my friends and family members in the area not to use them ever again.Desired Settlement: I want them to at least look around the cash register, retrace the steps from the register to where ever they walk to get pail or put mail for the mailman to get and look under things to see if it fell out and is sitting on the floor under a table or something.
