Customer admitted he did not meet the terms of his affiliate agreement For several months gave up his membership, then returned to try to get back in and has since been bad-mouthing company on [redacted] & Revdex.com etc Advised him that he cannot be and affiliate & earn commissions if he continues to post negative comments He ignored this If he wants to be an affiliate of ours, he cannot post negative videos, etc

Already refunded $9.95Customer's account was cancelled 8/and last payment was refunded from 8/for $ Our cancellation & refund policy is clear on website Customer was cancelled/refunded per this policy once he contacted us Customer never returned postcards for a refund & never requested this Postcard Networker does not sell chocolates
