I am rejecting this response because: They stated that they were not responsible for the data providedWell they were very quick to tell me in the beginning that I could provide the data with no issue and that they would run it thru their systems to weed out the bad addressesThey have the data I provided, hence them using said data to send out the cardsNot once did they say anything about " Deliverability is a function of list integrity and hygiene which is the responsibility of the list provider. If there are name errors or extraneous data included in a supplied, third party file we have no way to identify these issues We only verify the street address, city, state, and ZIP Code fields as valid addresses." That is what I provided.Not once did they state prior of taking my money what was stated in the last emailThey create error in the printing " Obviously " because how does over mailers get returned when they state that the addresses came back fine thru their so called "SYSTEMS"They do not want to take ownership of this situation and are washing their hands with the statement of " Not our problem if the Data is not provided by us"I wouldn't put it pass them to cause issues like this to upsale and convince the customer that what he had was all wrong and that is why it was returnedBuy from us to avoid these issuesI also noticed that there was a complaint a few months ago pretty much along the same lines of undelivered mail

I am rejecting this response because:
(1) I first initiated contact to Blake *** (the sales rep) on March 13th, and received NO response my problem was not acknowledged until I emailed a separate complaint on April 15th.(2) The burden of proof should not be on me to diagnose their mailing problem (3) I am not capable of providing "evidence" as I threw away the useless products They should be able to verify LACK of delivery through their vendor, USPS.(4) If they process a refund to my card AND issue an apology for the tone of their response, I will amend the complaints I posted online

We had many contacts with the client regarding his mailing.  Below is a copy of the final response we provided.  As you can see we offered to assist him in researching his original list.  He did not respond to us or request assistance.  We are willing to help the client review...

his list and see if we can see where the issues occurred.E-mail sent to client...We understand your frustration regarding the returned mail you have received.  We did process the file through NCOALink (National Change of Address) as required to identify movers and this updated 180 records with new addresses.  Other than these updates we confirmed no other changes were made to the supplied records.Deliverability is a function of list integrity and hygiene which is the responsibility of the list provided.  If there are name errors or extraneous data included in a supplied, third party file we have no way to identify these issues.  We only verify the street address, city, state and Zip Code fields as valid addresses.We do offer list services and back the integrity of the mail lists we supply.  We do not accept responsibility for the integrity and/or deliverability of third party lists.  Upon your request we can take a more in-depth review of the file to see if we can identify issues you can review with the list provider.Your concerns have been shared with management and I have included my manager on this message.
