HELLO MY ISSUE WOULD BE FOR BOTH REFUND AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUESMY BROTHER, SISTER IN LAW AND I WERE INQUIRING ABOUT MOVING IN TO THE TOWNHOMES AND WERE INTERESTED IN MOVING INMY BROTHER WENT TO SEE THE APPT ONCE AND WE WERE CALLED ON 10/6/TO COME VIEW THE APPT WE WERE GOING TO BE RENTINGWHEN WE ARRIVED THE LADY LAUREN DID NOT HAVE A KEY FOR THE APPTSHE PROCEEDED TO SHOW US THE DEMO AGAIN WHICH MY BROTHER HAD ALREADY SEEN DAYS BEFOREWHEN I ASKED HERE WHERE THE APPT WAS LOCATED SHE SAID SHE HAD ONLY BEEN THERE A MONTH AND WASN'T SURE WHICH STREET IT WAS ON OR WHICH ONE IT WASWHEN WE WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE WE PRINTED OUT PAYROLL STUBS BECAUSE SHE SAID SHE WOULD NEED THOSE AS WELL AS FOR US TO SIGN AN APPLICATION TO SEE IF WE WOULD BE APPROVED TO MOVE INI AT THE TIME WAS IN A HURRY TO GO TO WORK AND WAS RUSHING SO I DID NOT READ THE APPLICATION AT THE TIMEWE FILLED THEM OUT AND LEFTA FEW DAYS LATER I GAVE MY BROTHER A MONEY ORDER FOR DOLLARS FOR APP FEES AND

The building my unit is in went from Sunday to Wednesday morning without water When went to the office and requested something to be done for the in convenience I was told by the property manager that she was sorry but there was nothing she was going to do about itWhen requested corporate number or her superiors number she refused bothI asked for a credit towards my rent or current water bill, I was told the water bill was not going to have to be paid in its entirety for nxt monthThe inability to cook or use the restroom was a in convenience as well as having to travel to do these things for days was not even considered in the eyes of the property The staff only lender an apology and said this was out of their control A staff of maintenence mentioned that "They didn't want to purchase the proper tools" and was having to use their ownI spent money on water so me and my young son can wash our hands and brush our teethAlong with just purchased $in groceries and cou

I feel that the property manager, [redacted] has treated me in a discriminatory wayI have given the key with a forwarding address and I have since moved out and I called about my rental deposit (to be received within the days)The manager [redacted] has told me that they sent it to the address from which I moved out ofI have not been able to obtain a legitimate phone number from the main Property Management GroupThey do not answerThey have stolen my money and do not answer callsI've had a very bad experience in the property as wellCan you please help?!!!
