The owner complains that we misdiagnosed her dog which is not true. I can provide the radiographs that were done and the doctor's write up that notes to provide proof. I also have copies of the estimates she authorized, copies of the bill (that matched the estimates), and the signed credit card slips proving that [redacted] was explained what tests the doctor suggested and authorized all tests. [redacted] saw our pricing before any tests were done and gave us the go ahead. I have also documented all conversations afterward, none of which we admitted any errors were made with her dog's case because none were. I can also provide a letter from [redacted], the doctor that treated the dog at the emergency center after his visit at our facility vouching that our work up was thorough and correct, and we did not misdiagnose. Please contact me as soon as possible to let me know how I move forward in disputing this complaint.
