Posterazzi should not exist
Purchased a poster art from them back in December and still have not received it. They don’t respond to your emails and the phone # provided is to Walmart customer service. Please stay away and don’t waste your time and money with this company.

Absolute garbage!!!!
Stay clear of this company!
Ordered a poster and came all creased down the middle and picture quality was faded and blurred. Ended up throwing away the purchase. Horrible!

[On December [redacted] I received 1 of 2 posters that I had ordered.  [redacted] does show delivered but, there was one tube containing one poster.  Clearly my order shows 2 posters ordered.  I have written two emails to [redacted]ith no response to where the [redacted] poster is.  I am missing the Game of Thrones - All Men Must Die - 12x36 Poster Print.  If you can issue a new shipment containg my second poster, then I will consider this matter concluded.Your Answer Here]

We did receive the delivery on the [redacted] of Jan. 2014. I also,received a response from the company to my email the same day as my complaint. I tracked the shipment
and seen it had been mailed and was delayed along the way. We are very happy with our poster. However, the lack of the email to let us know the product was shipped
as stated in the order confirmation email caused a great deal of concern.

Review: I order an item the was originally on [redacted]. The item never showed up. When tracked it said delivered but it was not delivered. I tried to file a loss claim via dhl/usps original Tracking info is avaiable upon request your system won't allow me to give at this time. but was told that I could not because I was NOT the shipper. I contacted [redacted] and they gave me Posterazzi.com's phone number. Listed as "THe Poster Group" on [redacted] site. I called several times only to never get a human just voicemail. I sent several emails and got no response . I also cc'd in [redacted] service. I called [redacted] customer service once again and they supposedly reached out to Posterazzi. The next day I receivd a brief email saying a replacement would be sent yet when I requested tracking info I never got a response. I tried calling and sending an email. This started on Nov **, 2015. Since the poster did not arrive in time and I do not have proof of where either poster is I want my money back.Desired Settlement: This started on Nov **, 2015. Review: On December **, 2013, I placed an order on WalMart's website for two 8" x 20" black and white prints that were sold through WalMart by a company called The Poster Corp (aka [redacted]). As of today, January **, 2014, I have still not received my shipment. Each time I call the company, my call is answered by a third-party answering service who says they will pass my phone number to the company. I have left three messages with this answering service and have not received a return call. The Poster Corp website has an email address for customer support, so I emailed that address. I have had no contact other than emails with this company. They continue to tell me that my order has shipped and that nothing else can be done. The email I received from WalMart stated that my order had shipped on January *, 2014. However, no tracking information was provided, and the company has been unable to tell me where my package is. I have requested a refund from the company of the amount that I paid ($40.18) numerous times (by email) but was told that they could not issue a refund until I had received the shipment and either refused delivery or returned the shipment. I can't refuse delivery or return the shipment because I have not received it. I think that two weeks is more than sufficient time to receive my shipment and am requesting that the Revdex.com intervene on my behalf in order to obtain my refund. I feel that I have been treated very unfairly by the company as they have had $40.18 of my money for over two weeks without delivering my order. I am requesting an immediate refund of $40.18. Review: I ordered a poster and I was told it would be here by Dec **, 2015. Never received my order. I first called [redacted] and they say that they haven't received my order yet. I cannot get in touch with anyone from this business. When I call I am only given the option to leave a message. 4 hours later still no call back. So I emailed them and all they said was [redacted] has it. Well the tracking info shows it is in-transit to [redacted]. [redacted] didn't receive it and it was not delivered by [redacted] when they dropped off all my mail from today.

They haven't offered a refund, and they haven't offered any other solutions to get my purchase to me.Desired Settlement: I want what I paid for.

Review: On Jan. [redacted],2014 I placed an order .Order#[redacted] ,they charged my credit card and the payment was autherized. I even paid for Priorty shipping. When I did not receive the shipment I called the contact number(###-###-####)(01-**-2014 at 3:40 PM) at this time I was told it was just an answering service, they took my number and said the company would contact me . I never received a call back. Today 01-**-2014 at 1:43PM I called again. Again the answering service. I left another request. I let them know I was not happy and was going to report the business. The person I was connected to said they would relay the message , the person said he did not care he was only an answering service. Then I went to the email contact and sent an email with my complaint. NO shipment and NO way to contact business direct.Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order. Or I need to know if this is fraud. I need to report this to my credit card service.

Review: I placed an order for two posters on December [redacted]. through [redacted]. I paid for items with my [redacted] account. The product was to be shipped from Posterazzi Corp. I received a shipping/tracking number notification that did not work, but said my order would arrive on December [redacted]. On December [redacted] I contacted via email [redacted] and customer support at Posterazzi Corp. I let them know that order had not been received and could not track it. Received response back apologizing and stating that they would look into it and if necessary they would issue replacement products at no additional charge. I thanked them for quick response and waited. On December [redacted] I contacted again to find out the status. They responded that "[redacted] said it would be delivered this week" Still no delivery. I contacted again on December [redacted] stating the week was up and no delivery. This time I got no response at all. It is now December [redacted]. Christmas has come and gone. I was not able to give the gift to my son. When I went back and did some research on this company, I saw that there were many many reviews of customers stating exactly what I went through. No receipt of product and bogus tracking numbers.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order as promised and I will never order from them again.
