Postmark Plus

Review: October & November of 2014 I used Postmark Plus services to pack and ship 10 boxes of personal belongings of my parents and mine. Received the boxes in 2 different shipments in October & November of 2014 and all of them were crushed and mangled, even though over half of them contained fragile items and were marked fragile. I contacted Alex M[redacted] a proprietor of the establishment that served me while I arranged to ship my boxes, at least 10 times, counting phone calls and combined emails. I spent a total of $716.93 to make 2 shipments of 5 boxes each. When I informed him that some of my items were damaged and broken, he told me to go online and find like items that were damaged and email him the information by the Dec 2014, as that was the deadline. I did this excruciating task despite taking care of my 93 yr old Mom and main caretaker for my Dad who was in nursing homes and hospitals the entire time. I submitted him everything he requested and continued calling and emailing him for status all through December. The few times he did respond to me he kept telling me he would submit to someone for approval. One of the last times I called him for status in Feb 2015, he said "Alex was not in" however I recognized his accent. He would not commit to a date when he would get back to me. I have not heard from him since.

Background: the only child of my parents that flew to NJ from my home and job in ** in March 2014 as soon as my Mom advised my Dad had a massive stroke. I stayed with them in NJ as their caretaker until I determined I had to move them to ** so I could continue to take care of them in their failing heath. My Dad died Dec 22, 2014.Desired Settlement: Postmark Plus to provide me the accurate reimbursement due and requested, of $74.20, per the shipping insurance coverage for damages,
