Since I failed to remember the credit, I clicked that I did not accept the response, but upon going back and reviewing the situation from a year ago I found that complaint should have been closed. This does not cover the delivery credit you gave me. I do not wish to use your services again. You do not protect your customers from mishandling of orders and if I'm going to pay for my laziness, I'm going to get equal or better than what I would get if I went and got the food myself. 
I want a refund for the remaining delivery credits and will not accept any sort of credits in place of this, very firmly. I said I wanted a refund and that is the only thing I will accept.

As of this writing, that credit has not come through. They have admitted to overcharging me and committed to correcting it, so this response is puzzling.
