Customer was refunded $[redacted] of their order already, nothing else to refund

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because why should I be accountable for an account that's not associated with me someone used my address without my knowlede and I'm being banned from using the site or app I'm a paying customer and placed many order with this company I'll get a lawyer involved now because I'm being accused of an account that's not mine sincerely,Javira[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: You guys do not get permission from these companies to deliver their products. If anything goes wrong, that is a negative reflection of the company as well, not just Postmates. Also, you guys do charge your customers full price for the menu items while only paying for happy hour prices from the companies without their knowledge, profiting off of that. Please do not ever post [redacted] menu on your website/app again. We are very disappointed in your service and response.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The company asked me for my daughter's account number. I gave them  her e-mail address because that is what is used to order food from them. They replied that they do not recognize  her e-mail  even though they have communicated to her at that specific e-mail address.  I have sent the company copies of their e-mail communication to my daughter. While we do have a full time Data Entry team dedicated to keeping up with merchant pricing, there are times where the estimated pricing in the app is not equal to the pricing at the merchant. When this occurs, we charge you exactly what the merchant charged us for the item, whether it is more or less than what we originally estimated. Please note that the estimated pricing at the merchant also does not include taxes charged (as tax rates can differ depending on location).Please see the attached receipt to verify. Customer has already been issued a full refund for their experience on 5/14. CUstomer also placed additional orders after her complaint.

assure you that our custom order field will enact a higher temporary authorization amount for the time being. The cancellation was charged initially as the Postmate was at the location for pick-up. We typically charge a fee in consideration of the Postmate's time and the merchant's as well. I understand in this instance the merchant was not one that needed to prepare ahead of time.
