This is regarding order ***I spoke with *** and she explained that someone at Posty Cards told her which item to buy based on her past purchases, but they told her the wrong item as she ended up ordering online and purchased a different style than last year. She also let me know that she tried to call our customer service line but was not at all helped by the person she spoke with. She didn't have an name and I found no notes in the system so I can't track that CSR downI did apologize about that as CSRs should have easily realized what went wrong and should have solved the issue right away. I told *** I would enter a new order for her with the correct calendar and ship it to her next week (of course at no charge). I think she was satisfied with this solutionI will also try to make our online descriptions more clear as I do understand that the two styles are hard to tell apart online. They both have scenic content, and the same ***, but one is much smaller (pages vs12) for users who prefer a lower postage rate

I am rejecting this response because: My issue IS NOT with the printing on the
calendar, that is fine and that is what you "approve" regarding the "proof" that has your name, address, etc., which is the advertising. My complaint is with the calendar itself! The advertising that they had for the calendar, and what I "renewed" my order for, was NOT the calendars that I received. This year, they were deceptive, it was NOT the same as prior years. I stated this in my original complaint, which they didn't bother to read. The calendars are smaller, very cheap looking, and the months are printed back to back versus one page per month. I would be happy to send the Revdex.com a copy of a prior year's calendar and they can compare it to what they sent. There is a distinctive difference, and it is truly a terrible piece of workI have been a steady customer of theirs for years and years, and I cannot believe what has happened. I researched on the Internet and see that there has been management changes. Well, the new management has decided to cut back on quality as well as deceiving customers with their calendars and I am done with them! This was a total rip-off, and for a small business that uses these for promotional purposes, it is a bad reflection on me, too! They should give me a refund, or at least half, and LET THE PUBLIC KNOW on their calendar ads, EXACTLY what they are getting! Thank you. Regards,
