I reached out to posy jade to see if I could order last minute due to a issues with my previous florist. She squeezed me in her schedule and was so flexible. I gave her a few ideas of what I was envisioning and she BLEW it out of the park! I cannot thank her enough. I had SO many compliments and everyone was in disbelief that they were not real flowers, they look so real!

Had such a great experience with Kelly at Posy Jade. She created the most gorgeous bouquet for my wedding! Her communication was great, so responded to my questions quickly. She went above and beyond what I could have dreamt. I highly recommend!

Do not, do not, do not place an order with Kellie (PJB Florals). I so wish I would have read all of these reviews before I placed my order. Kellie is highly unprofessional, and her communication is severely lacking. I was blocked after trying to work something out with Kellie about my bouquet not being what I had asked for. I asked for all white flowers with some greenery and a gold and emerald ribbon. I then messaged her 2 times after my initial order to change my ribbon color, but specifically told her I only wanted white flowers, and even sent inspiration pictures. Two weeks before my wedding she sent me the a picture of the flowers and even though I specifically said I did not want the emerald color, my flowers were emerald and white. I even told her I did not want any gold in them, and she put gold accents all throughout. I at first said they looked great, because I struggle with complaining and wanted to see them in person because if they matched my bridesmaid dresses I would have just dealt with it. They absolutely did not match, there were glue strings hanging from them, and some of the flowers were pushed in and didn’t make a round bouquet. I messaged her very nicely saying they were beautiful and I was so sorry to complain. I didn’t hear from her until a week later. She made multiple posts on Facebook within this time, and even said she was having trouble with messenger and to email her instead. I emailed her instead and still got a week later response when my wedding is 12 days away. She basically gaslit me even though I sent all the screenshots to her specifically saying I only wanted white flowers. She then blocked me and told me I was threatening her because I said I would be leaving bad reviews. I have reported her to the better business bureau and highly suggest anyone who has had a problem does the same thing since she already has a C rating for lack of communication. I am now out of money and had to pay for another bouquet weeks before my wedding from an actual florist. Do not do business with Kellie Harris/PJB Florals. My sister also ordered from her for her wedding in June of this year, and while the flowers were beautiful, the ribbon fell apart on all of ours, and fell apart on the Bride’s seconds before she walked down the aisle. This business is not worth your time or money.

Posy Jade is great to work with and super talented. She can do anything! So happy! Everyone at my wedding was shocked my flowers were wood, they look so real. The only think I would suggest is booking with her really early, she books up quick.

Kellie is fantastic. I had a pretty weird custom order and she created exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Posy Jade Boutique. I live local and she does almost every wedding in a 50 mile radius! Every venue I toured she was on the preferred vendor list 🙂

I ordered from this lady off of her business page on *** and paid her through ***. I opened a case with *** due to her making me boutonnieres that were not how I ordered them from her. She also charged me extra for my bouquet because I asked for rose gold sparkle sticks and she did not send them with my order. *** said they could not help with the case because it was handled through ***. This lady was very rude and unprofessional towards me and she shipped my order to me over a week late. I normally would never report someone or even give a bad review but, I do not appreciate the way she sarcastically acted towards my concern about my order.
