This in entirely not trueThe customer bought the fountain many years ago and used chlorine product on the fountain even thought we advised him not to do soWe need to make it clearThe customer did NOT purchase his fountain on [redacted] He on this day purchased the replacement pieceHis fountain is years old plusI have attached a google maps screen shot of his fountain you can clearly see that this fountain is older, the date on the time the photo was taken from the google car was *** of ***, even then the fountain is already old and eaten up from chlorineAs well as we do not use the acorn top piece in this design any longerI have also attached a image of the same fountain with up to date top pieceTo show you the color of a fountain that would be months old with no damage from chlorine tabsHis suggestion that the fountain mysteriously had issues days from him buying it is completely falseIt is because of his abuse to the product this occurred causing the main bowl to crackWe saw the damageAnd explained to him that we are not responsible to his irresponsibilityAlso he had been advised that we will sell him the main bowl with some discount for him being a return customerHe placed a order with a $deposit, he still has a unpaid balanceThe piece has been made months and months ago, taking up space on our propertyAnd instead of coming and paying the balance and picking up his pieceHe chose to go to Revdex.com insteadWe have a receipt/contract with his balance, we advise him if he would like to use the 3rd party installation/delivery crew he is welcome toSo what is the real problem here?

I am rejecting this response because:
I'm embarrassed for who ever is representing your Pot Farm company.  I thought the Pot Farm was a company with integrity, not a company who still today is making lies online with the Revdex.com. 1. Chlorine was NEVER used, NOR did I say  chlorine was put in fountain!!!  Please come test my fountain for any traces of chlorine in it!!  2. Again this is your sad excuse for fountain cracking then falling apart3. This eye sore is still in my front yard for all my neighbors , friends, and family to look at and shake their head?  4. I have my  my phone records from 11-14-16 (the same day you took my money and made promises) till today.  The same phone number on invoice which will clearly show that your lies are going to catchup  to whoever is representing Pot Farm.  I have NOT received any phone calls from the POT FARM or anyone representing the Pot Farm!Here we are today 6 months later and POT FARM has no resolution only excuses and finger pointing.  To clear up confusion I never said fountain was purchased in Nov 2016, but a complaint and request for a replacement piece was requested in Nov 2106.

First you said you bought our fountain on [redacted] of [redacted] and that it was defective after 7 days. We have proven that you have had this fountain for over six years. (Clearly seen in the images in our previous attachments.) When you came to our store you admitted that you used chlorine when asked. Now you changed your story to reflect your fountain wasn't abused by you. We have had your piece sitting here for months. We have left you several messages to let you know it's ready to pick up. The reason we ask for a down payment. This is our policy when making a special order. You asked us about delivery and installation. And we told you we use a 3 party for delivery and installation, we quoted you with a price that you would pay in cash directly to them. We explained to you the remaining balance to the product can be paid to them also. You never gave us the go ahead. That is why we never put the quote of the delivery/installation on your order/contract. Which you clearly admitted we told you on your last response. At the time of purchase of this replacement piece, we told you as per the sign on the wall in our office states all orders will require a minimum 4-6 weeks to complete. Also you ordered in the middle of the cold fall season. That it takes everything longer to cure and dry. If our product was defective, I know I would have not been willing to pay for a replacement piece. You admitted giving us a deposit for us to make a new piece for you. A remaining balance still exists. We are here every day from 9-5. You can can call us and let us know what you want to do. Instead of wasting time creating false statements about our business.

fountain is 6 years old plus. I have attached a google maps screen shot of his fountain you can clearly see that this fountain is older, the date on the time the photo was taken from the google car was [redacted] of [redacted], even then the fountain is already old and eaten up from chlorine. As well as we do not use the acorn top piece in this design any longer. I have also attached a image of the same fountain with up to date top piece. To show you the color of a fountain that would be 8 months old with no damage from chlorine tabs. His suggestion that the fountain mysteriously had issues 7 days from him buying it is completely false. It is because of his abuse to the product this occurred causing the main bowl to crack. We saw the damage. And explained to him that we are not responsible to his irresponsibility. Also he had been advised that we will sell him the main bowl with some discount for him being a return customer. He placed a order with a $100 deposit, he still has a unpaid balance. The piece has been made months and months ago, taking up space on our property. And instead of coming and paying the balance and picking up his piece. He chose to go to Revdex.com instead. We have a receipt/contract with his balance, we advise him if he would like to use the 3rd party installation/delivery crew he is welcome to. So what is the real problem here?
