Tree Issue
I have lived in Pot Nets for 10 years. My rent has been paid in full for the year, every year I have lived here. For a trailer park, it is extremely expensive to live here. But they are such cheapos they refuse to cut down a humongous errant holly tree that is in the way of me fixing the fencing that was on the property when I moved in. The tree is also going to block the walkway to my residence in a year's time as it is growing so rapidly. It took TWO MONTHS for their "arborist" to inspect the problem and then send me a rude and dismissive email saying they were not cutting it down. They insisted I had to speak to their arborist about it, but it's a good thing the guy works with trees because his "people skills" are non-existent. When I responded to him as to exactly why Pot Nets needs to remove this holly tree he responded with just "OK." He made it sound as if they agreed to take it down. I asked when it would come down, and he responded with a tangent on why it would not be taken down, and blah blah...rude, rude, rude. Expecting anybody to deal with him is pointless. They own this property, but they don't even care if you can get to your front porch. It's all about the $$$$$.

Our waterfront retreat has turned into a nightmare Pot Nets appeared to be a pleasant, family-friendly waterfront community; however, the nightly noise from unchecked partying is on par with Dewey Beach in the summer There are a group of neighbors who begin partying around 11-every weekend night and continue to or in the morning Loud music, drunken screaming, and foul language are the norm People who are clearly intoxicated drive through the community coming and going from the nightly party Security has been called but will take no action We would like to sell, but the escalating lot rents scare away prospective buyers The only other option is to pay to tear down our structure to void the land rent contract We feel that Pot Nets has failed to uphold its side of the contract as the community rules specifying respect for neighbors, no public drunkenness, and noise limits are not enforced, to the detriment of the community

Our waterfront retreat has turned into a nightmare. Pot Nets appeared to be a pleasant, family-friendly waterfront community; however, the nightly noise from unchecked partying is on par with Dewey Beach in the summer. There are a group of neighbors who begin partying around 11-12 every weekend night and continue to 3 or 4 in the morning. Loud music, drunken screaming, and foul language are the norm. People who are clearly intoxicated drive through the community coming and going from the nightly party. Security has been called but will take no action. We would like to sell, but the escalating lot rents scare away prospective buyers. The only other option is to pay to tear down our structure to void the land rent contract. We feel that Pot Nets has failed to uphold its side of the contract as the community rules specifying respect for neighbors, no public drunkenness, and noise limits are not enforced, to the detriment of the community.
