I am rejecting this response because: the wall damage has nothing to do with the floor installIt has to do with the installer scuffing the wall with boxes As I stated, we are doing a complete remodel of the kitchen and just had $dollars worth of paint just completed with the wall in question I have the photos and copy of the paint invoice reflecting the walls were just paintedAS for the floor, my argument has never been riterug hasn't fixed - they are required to under contractmy argument is riterug misrepresented itself in the contract by telling us it would take a day to do, the unprofessional, sloppy work that resulted in a transition piece having to be put in because the carpet was cut s if it was being ripped out and the carpenter couldn't stretch the rug to fix - again not what we wanted or paid for with regards to our contract, and lastly the damage to the freshly painted walls If riterug cant setup and make this right, id like to move forward with a hearing to present my contract, pictures, text and voicemail messages from the sales rep Regards, [redacted]

This flooring was purchased in October 2010, and installed November, Rite Rug's month labor warranty on this floor expired Novemebr Any future repairs will need to be on a billable basis since the warranty expired Improper humidity levels in a home can cause the laminate boards to seperate during the colder seasons This is considerated an enviroment issue and not covered under any warranties

As a consumer goodwill gesture, Rite Rug will cancel the contract on this special order merchandise with no restocking fee

Rite Rug Company has been in contact with Mr [redacted] , by phone and email on this flooring installation He informed our office on 11/: "The installers did a great job, everything looks great and we are very happy" "We are very pleased with the outcome of the floor, and we would have these installers do a job for us again."

1/12/ Rite Rug will contact an independent, certified inspection service (at our expense) to meet with the customer to evaluate the "snags" in the carpet A copy of the inspection report will be sent to your office upon completion

On 1/12/2015, Rite Rug agreed to contact an independent, certified inspection service, at our expense to evaluate the "snags" in this carpet Our Customer Service Department along with the inspection service left numerous phone messages and emails to the numbers on file, in January, February & March We have a list of dates that can be provided, if needed Our file on this matter was closed due to no responses from " [redacted] **" The file is now open again We have contacted " [redacted] ***" and the independent inspector will schedule an appointment to evaluate the carpet
