I engaged [redacted] , owner of [redacted] to restore my 1953 Plymouth Convertible in 2014. As he said work was completed he requested more money as this was our agreement. He sometimes sent pictures that made it look like the work was ongoing. Except metal work claimed to be completed, there has been very little progress. I have asked numerous times for him to complete the work he always responds that he will get to it next month. My last contact with him was in October of 2017. His shop is in total disarray and there are about a dozen collector cars parked on the outside that I fear are victims. I have completely lost confidence in [redacted] 's ability to complete the work. nor do I trust him to provide much professional quality to the finished product. What is worse I have paid him a total of $13500 for very little output.

We chose the Inn due to activities in area, thinking it had everything we would loveWe paid months in advance, and were told we would have fridge and microwave in roomWe were told we would receive a bottle of wine and chocolates each night and could choose anything from the menu at the restaurant as part of our anniversary packageUpon arriving at the Inn we checked in and went to our roomThe room was nice with no view except a walking path and the woodsNo microwave or fridge, and we never did have a working hairdryerRight away we had issues using one of our room keys. The shower had someones hair hanging from the facet and we could see a woman's bare foot outline clearly on the bathroom floorWe called and asked for it to be cleaned - it wasIt made us wonder about the rest of the roomWe were told that we could ask for late check out since it was our anniversaryGuess what, no! We asked everyday that we were there, and they said we had to come down or call the service desk the morning of checkout to gain that kind of permission from house keeping(what is the point of late checkout if that is the requirement?) ridiculous! After checking in, we went to dinner, the restaurant was mostly empty with no one to greet usWe had to wait for a while to have someone come and seat usWe were served water and was never offered anything else to drinkWe thought maybe they didn't have anything elseWe asked for a menu and that was when we learned that there was only the buffetThe buffet felt like a standard family restaurant, the food was good, but minimal choices and dessert including granny cake with caramel or puddingI will say that each day there were different buffet meals to choose fromOn the first day, after dinner we decided to go swimmingGuess what, we had to try over times to gain access to the pool areaThe door was malfunctioningFinally we gained access, the pool area is dated offers a very large space, which is a positiveBut it was also dangerous, there was excessive water on floor, especially near the whirlpool areaThere was a shower there, but only cold waterOut of all the times we used the pool area we never saw anyone on duty and many others had issues with the doorAnother time when we used the pool there were no towels and there was only an emergency phone and no way to request towels without leaving the area Another time in our room, when I went to use a towel there was a live tick on itThe hotel needs some repairs and staff need properly trainedEverything felt like we were receiving minimal service and were frustrated by the staff that were not trained properlyExample: Anytime we asked a question by phone, or at the deskWe received "I don't know" or "I just came on duty"Our questions consisted of, is the nature center open, are there any events happening at or around the Inn, can you send us more shampoo and soapWhen we asked for the shampoo and soap, the front desk person just told the housekeeping staff to come to our room, and didn't even tell them what was neededWe misplaced our paper receipt/voucher on our second day there and no one knew how to print another oneThe first girl didn't even attempt to help, saying she didn't know how to help us and we needed to wait for someone to come back from the bathroomWhen that person came back they didn't know how to do it eitherBut she did try and figured it outIt really seemed as the staff didn't want to be there, and certainly wasn't committed to customer careI'm not sure who is running this Inn but in our opinion there needs to be immediate improvements and trainingNo one that works at a hotel or Inn like this should say "I don't know, how to do that", or "I don't know"How about I will get back to you, let me find the answerThe more I think about it the more upset I getWhen we were checking out the girl at the desk said, oh I see you overpaid for your room.We need to credit you over $backThen she said the system was updating and that it would take at least minutes to resolveThen she wasn't sure if we would receive or be charged an extra amountI stated, " we certainly shouldn't be charged more"She said that an email update would be sent to let us know what was decided, the message never cameAgain so unprofessional and we never mentioned the issuesMostly due to the responses we were getting when acquiring about little thingsWe weren't asked about our stayAt the restaurant it took three meals for anyone to say happy anniversaryOn the last day at breakfast they brought us two pieces of cake for our anniversaryAt breakfast? We had to get them in boxesAnother issue was how loud doors and the halls wereAnd the internet service is awful, hardly no connectivity in the roomThe one positive about the room was that the beds were comfortable, but there were only about three or four tv channelsWe enjoyed everything regarding activities, and very little about the InnThis saddens me to report these issues, we had such high hopes for this rare and important vacationWe will never be able to look back and say that the experience at the Inn was worth the money or time we spent there and to receive such minimal care just plain hurtsThere is so much more to this story, main point stay somewhere else in the area and enjoy the parks
