I am rejecting this response because: To whom it may concern, I'm disappointed and dissatisfied with statements made by the Supervisor at Wilton Adjustment, why would I need to speak to her when I was informed by the receptionist on August I would get the letter from Mary to give to the Social Security Office so my disability payments will not be affectedI sent the email on August to Mary at Wilton Adjustment, then called her on September and received no communication until I filed the complaint with your officeI just wanted you all to know I appreciate your assistanceThank You. Good morning, We agree that Ms*** first submitted a request for a letter confirming her wage income from our office on 8/30/17. Prior to 8/30/17, we have no record from Ms*** or social security asking for information. We have no record of Ms*** asking
for the letter within a specific timeline (ie immediately) and we have no record that she asked to speak with a supervisor due to try and resolve any concerns before filing this complaint.Ms*** submitted her request in person and was advised that MsG*** was out of the office and would most likely respond this week to her request.
