We paid more than we wanted for this roof because they guaranteed we wouldn't have any trouble as we'd have a brand new roofWe supposedly have a lifetime guarantee as long as we own the homeWell I called and said I'd be out of town when the repairman was to come out to repair a leakAccording to my mom, he didn't even have a ladder when he came out, so I don't know how he was going to fix the roofWe get back from our trip to find we still have a leak and I had to call to rescheduleWhen he came out this time he says that where it's leaking, it's not on Champion, but on the homeowner He puts a really shiny silver wrap around it and it looks terribleGuess what, this morning, it's still leaking and I am waiting for the owner to call me backWhen we paid for this new roof, we were told we'd have a new roof and no problemsWell with the old roof, we didn't see water steady dripping in and we didn't have a loan to pay for itI sure hope they get this problem resolved before damage is done to our furnaceIt's already starting to rust now and we never had trouble in this area until Champion "repaired our roof"I'm just wondering how many roofs they've actually put on and how long it takes for them to make a problem right and I feel the owner should have called me back by now and then at least I'd feel he was tryingI hope they aren't just another company that is done with you as soon as they get your moneyI will update my review when I see they have done the job we wee paying for correctly
I called to schedule an appointment on Tuesday, April 5, The apptfor a rep to come and give an estimate for windows was set up for Thursday, April for 2:pm

Between my initial call on Tuesday and Wednesday night, I received about emails and phone calls to confirm the Appointment for Thursday at 2:00pm
When I called to find out what happened I was told that my Appointment was now scheduled for SaturdayI was shocked and totally blindsided! The only explanation was if I would accept the appointment on Saturday
