The best ever of everything every way

I asked for a spot treatment for my yard coz there is still lots of dandelions, and the treatment left a literally brow spot in my yard, so ugly that paying for almost 300$ for this service is not really worth it..amd the worst thing is the customer service rep I have just talk rececently, I told her what happen to my yard and she said that's what happen when they do spot treatment, the more u asked for it the more brwon spot in your yard.so I asked her if she has to make a choice the brown spot or the weeds, she said she'd rather have the weeds coz at least its green..there you go,why would you ask for their service then..she even told me to ask the government

This is my first year using Green Blade's snow service and I am so satisfied by their work and professionalismI recently contacted them as one part of my property had been forgotten and within hours of emailing them, the service was completedI will definitely recommend them and would be pleased to offer a testimony

Poor customer service When getting a quote for my lawn I was told my price would be times that of the listed price I asked how this was calculated and was told we looked at an areal photo of your lawn I said that did not sound right and they that's what it isI was not offered to have someone provide me with an onsite review which I would have preferred since pictures can be old and may not represent how much lawn is currently present

Your clean up team arrive at outr house yesterday The did a phenomenal job Not a leaf was left behind The lawn was nicely trimmed and the flower beds were made ready for spring Please tell the team member "Thank you very much" See you in the spring!

The service has been amazing. The team doing our driveway is very prompt, and does a fantastic job every single snowfall. I'm so glad we hired them this year.

[redacted] I would never recommend Green Blade for snow removal. They do not provide any customer service and the season has not yet started. We paid for the winter snow removal 3 weeks ago. Today, we called to ask some questions about the service as we have a long downspout on the side of our driveway and need to know if has to be removed. We also asked if the snow could be pushed a bit further as it piles up high. The woman was upset with our questions and when she put us to the manager, he cancelled our service. He says that we will complain all winter every time it snows. That us ridiculous! We are simply asking questions but clearly they are not a reliable company if they are like this BEFORE they even start!

[redacted] I hired them for snow removal. They hadn't serviced my driveway within 24 hours of a snowfall as stated in our contract. My driveway had at least 3 inches of snow, so I called Green Blade. I was very polite, just asking when they would come out. Because we were in a blizzard at the time, they said they weren't servicing driveways. I stated that there had been 24 hours between snowfalls. The woman put me on hold and came back and said "no exceptions". I then got frustrated and she put me through to the owner, [redacted] He went above and beyond to be rude[redacted] He then refunded only a portion of my payment. His company did not fulfill their end of the contract or even come out once. Thankfully I have a great bank who reversed the remaining charge without any questions. [redacted] Stay away! [redacted]

My family has been a customer for 7 years. That ended this year. After multiple poor experiences with their snow removal service, we were told that perhaps our expectations were too high and that the snow removal teams would not be spoken to about not actually removing half of the snow on our property. In the end, they chose to end our relationship, as opposed to address the [redacted] performance of their contract workers.

I made the stupid mistake of listening to them on CJOB on talk to the experts. Sounded good. Called in. Took my order and credit card number and promptly charged me [redacted] telling me "we'll be by first week in June"....which was even weeks from my credit charge...used a story about over night temperatures which I bought at the time. First follow up call at the end of the second week of June and she was rude and said I didn't order anything...she couldn't find the right list...then oh u paid but it rained so ur on the list for next week and u know there has been a big demand..we're busy....yeah but shouldn't they be behind me in the list?? That week comes and goes ..and then I see their trucks out and about driving down my street...but not stopping anywhere near me....now I'm done....got my money back thank god...threaten them with a credit card charge back challenge..she didn't like that and did a voluntary refund and left me a message that she doesn't want my business if I threaten and again chided me on should have known better after all it's an outside business. ...lady...u didn't have my business only my money.....and its ur business..u shouldn't make commitments when its convenient to get my money "1st week in June" or better yet..charge when u actually do some work. Awful awful awful experience...gotta let everyone know....
