Review: I ordered $500 worth of merchandise from this company through their online store last Tuesday, March 29, 2016. It is a week later and I have not received items or heard from this company. My order is still on the site with a pending status. I am not sure if this is because items are out of stock, in transit or they just have not processed it yet. At this point I am not sure if I got scammed or if this is a real company. I do not order many things online, but when I have in the past if I call I can get in touch with someone. This company is unacessable. Their 800 number goes immediately to voicemail saying they will return the call, which they do not. They also have not returned my emails. I did find another number for them but when I call that number it just rings. Is this company closed? The items I purchased are time sensitive I can't sit around and wait a month or two for them to decide to get back to me. Just tell me what is going on. I am ready to cancel this order but don't know if that will screw things up even more. Charge me with no delivery! When I placed this order it stated these items would be shipped priority mail 2-3 days, that was one reason I placed this order with this company. TERRIBLE customer service.Desired Settlement: Please deliver my order promptly, within the next few days. If you do not have the items or cannot deliver them in a reasonable amount of time, then CALL me/contact me/email me. Let me know what is going on so that I can then make a decision regarding the items that I need within the next week.

Review: Two months after submitting an order online I am still waiting for my order and despite approxmently a dozen attempts to speak with a representative from the company I have recieved no communication. I received one email five days after the order was made stating I could change the color of my order or wait 6-8 weeks for it to ship due to the color selected was out of stock. I replied I would like the color to be changed and asked a question regarding a discount program. I have not had any reply despite three emails sent to this representitive, numerous phone calls to the company, messages left, and attempts to contact through the website. One phone number listed in the initial email from the representitive led me to a mailbox that was full and I was disconnected.Desired Settlement: I would like my order to be sent to me and discounted or a full refund. Willing to speak with a representative for options.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Once Potomac field gear was aware of the problem, they were extremely helpful and generous. The problem seemed to be in communication and I hope they have since resolved it on their end. I have received my order free of charge as they said. I'm satisfied with their response.
