This business is a healthcare agency that provides home health aides for the care of individuals (most seniors) in their homes There has been several situations where the aide did not show and my mother was not contacted There was no contact made until I called the agency Most of the times there has been no one available to cover for my motherI will say that all of these issues are not the fault of the agency but several have been Up to and including the time when they spoke with my mother and told her they would find a replacement for the day and give her a call back and never received that call
The situation that made me file this complaint happen on Saturday, July 30, My mother's aide had inform her that she would not be there that day and the agency should be sending out a replacement for the day Needless to say, no one showed There is a hour, days a week number to call I called the number starting at 8:am and did not stop until 10:am At this
