Review: I was required to pay first before I could view and choose a date for rafting. When the date I wanted was not available, I emailed immediately (8/25/2013) for a refund. I have not received my refund so far (10/26/2013), two month later.Desired Settlement: Please refund my payment of $250.

Review: I purchased a Stand up paddle board membership last year. The membership included classes and board rentals for 2 years. I was interested in the Board rentals(the rental was 24 hours) not the classes they told me I had to take at least the first class but after that I could do what ever I liked for the next two years. I did the first class . But now they changed the rental policy to only Saturday and Sunday for a few hours at a time. I work on both those daysDesired Settlement: I would like to get my money back.

Review: I purchased a 2 year Stand Up Paddleboarding Membership from Potomac Paddlesports in April 2013 for $396.00. The membership included lessons, practices, and unlimited paddle board and equipment rentals (still advertised in the membership details online). However, two weeks ago I went to pick up a board, as my membership entitles me to, and was told that the benefits of the membership had changed and they are no longer offering rentals. I emailed the business asking for a partial refund since I was uninterested in the membership without this benefit. I was told that they were unable to refund any of the large sum of money I paid and they were still unwilling to let me use a board if it wasn't during a practice or lesson. A total of eight emails were exchanged between the owner and I without any resolution of the issue. I have saved all of the emails and am willing to share them as well due to the fact that they became extremely unprofessional and rude on the part of this business owner .Desired Settlement: 1. Refund (other than store credit) of my membership purchase of $396.00.

2. For the company to change the online details of the membership, it still states that the membership includes "FREE paddleboard and equipment rentals" (#4 in the description). As of this year, this is false advertising.
