Revdex.com spoke with ** with from the company and he stated that he might not have been able to answer the phone right when the consumer called, but he did always return their phone callsHe stated that the estimate for the job was $5,but he did agree to do the job for $4, ** stated that
the consumer has contacted him before the warranty is up so the repair will get done and there were some scheduling issuesNext week ** stated that he is doing a job that is not to far from the consumers home, and he will able to come back and do the repair sometime next week

Review: I had my driveway paved on June 5th 2013 with a 1 year service warranty, and within 4 months had to recall company to come back and fix area(s) where driveway had cracked and broke. Company did repair, but in January of 2014, driveway broke again in several spots. I called numerous times to get the areas repaired before the warranty expired and had scheduled dates to get repairs completed. Each time the contractor would give me a date for repair to keep me from calling again and again. The contractor would not show up on the scheduled date of repair and after several attempts to contact Potomac Paving, they would not answer my calls. This company was paid $4000 to complete the work but did not satisfy the warranty requirement. I finally got the contractor to answer one phone calls in May of 2014 by notifying said contractor that I was notifying the Revdex.com and an attorney. He gave another false date and said that he knew expiration of warranty was approaching but said he would still honor the warranty because of numerous attempts to get in touch with him. Now he is ignoring my phone calls to no end.Desired Settlement: I want a repair of the areas of the driveway that are damaged with another one year warranty added after the repair. If this is not possible, I want a full refund so that I can have another contract completely start the paving over again.
