This is one of the worst-run and least patient-centered medical practices I've encountered in the Midwest, New England, New York City and Washington DC (and DC is not known for service so that really is saying something)The front-office and billing staff do a poor job and are skilled at covering it up - like the person who picked up my phone call at just before minutes on hold (guessing that's a practice metric) and put me back on holdAfter minutes I called back - another minutes on holdBilling: my initial appointment was not billed to insurance despite a long process before the first appointment and then phone calls, three emails and two faxesAfter waiting for minutes to check in at another appointment I was told I could not be seen and then was billed as a no-showAs Dave B*** would say, you cannot make this stuff up
