practices like ours, such as concierge medicine, therapists, psychiatrists and particularly anti-aging clinics like ours. It's an elective service that our patients knowingly go forward with. We have very good reviews and a loyal long term patient base that's thriving.3. All of our invoices are detailed with line items, this particular patient voluntarily paid for his 10 weeks of therapy initially on 1/16/17 and again on 4/10/17. We provided everything as agreed upon on his proposal and he told us that he experienced good results.The problem with this patient (client) is that he insisted that we use his insurance after we repeatedly told him that it wasn't possible. He became very offensive and at times abusive through emails, phone calls and text messaging. All services that he paid for were provided in a professional manner and delivered on time as promised.I'm amenable to finding a solution to this, but he was more than happy with the therapeutic products that he received and he has used and enjoyed them. I find his argument about insurance to be unfair since we were always clear that insurance claims are not something we are responsible for. He was made aware of this again and again.
