We have carefully reviewed reference ComplaintWe are sorry that the Customer was dissatisfied, but believe that only one relatively minor mistake was made on our partWe deny emphatically that our business is in any way deceitful or that we made any kind of threat against Complainant.We did make an error by mistakenly sending two standard late payment notices to the tenantWe apologize for this unintended errorThe other complaints of the Complainant are not accurateThe father of the Complainant rented a storage space to store an RVThe tenant signed our lease agreementThis agreement included the standard entry specifying who else other than the tenant would have access to the storage spaceThis entry was left blank by the tenant, which legally prohibits us from authorizing any person other than the tenant from accessing the storage space.On 6/13/Complainant came to our office, explained that her father had passed away and requested that she be granted access to the parking area so she could remove the RVThe employee on duty checked the pertinent contract and informed the complainant that she was unfortunately not able to allow access since the contract stated that no one other than tenant was authorized access to the areaThe Complainant was upset and voiced her displeasure at not being allowed to take the RVThe employee on duty at the time is a young lady who is invariably polite and soft spokenShe made no comment on the Complainant's somewhat intemperate remarksTwo days later Complainant with her husband came to our facility, used her own key to enter the gate where the RV was stored and drove away in the RVThe tenant was up to date on his payments at the time of his passingWe did not request any payment from Complainant.Unfortunately, our employee did not remove tenant's name from our computerized mail payment noticesOne reminder and one late payment notice were sent to the address of tenant, The late notice was sent in July and the pre-lien notice in August.Complainant's statement that our employee "gave my husband the key to come get it (the RV) anytime" and "gave us a key but then said that the RV could not be removed" is not correctOur employee did not give any key to ComplainantThe key that Complainant used to enter the storage space was presumably the key issued to her father (the tenant) when the unit was first rented.Complainant's statement that "I spoke to the owner and told her that we were taking it (the RV)” is not correctNo call was received by the owner.Complainant's statement that we threatened to report her to credit bureaus is also inaccurateWe have been in the self storage business in Lexington Park for more than years and have never attempted to collect any payment for a storage unit by using a credit bureau or collection agency.Complaint's comment that we made extra money" by overcharging her father is not accurateThe contract signed by Complainant's father specified that no refunds will be made if a unit is vacated before the end of the month for which rent was due(This is standard practice in the self-storage industry.)The charge made by Complainant that "This business is deceitful and is causing my family additional stress for no reason at all..." is simply a misstatementWe are a locally owned and operated business and have always run our business in an ethical and totally open manner.To the best of my knowledge, in our more than years in business we have never received a complaint from the Revdex.com or anysimilar customer information business.Sincerely,Warren *F*

I am rejecting this response because:I did not get the answer I wanted from this business Basically, you are calling me a liar and the other family members that witnessed our interactions with your storage facility At this point, I don't care if you will not hold yourself accountable and would just like a simple factual statement that your storage facility will no longer send bills for money that is not owed or contact us in any way and our business is concluded
