I received the complaint from the above referenced client todayI am regretful that we were unable to resolve the situation for the client much soonerI spoke with her several days ago to come by and pick up their glasses (yes they are in)I mentioned to the client we should be able to take care
of their daughter for new glassesI will go over her much deserved discount when she comes inI hope we can redeem ourselves and have this client to continue their patronage to our little officeI thank this client for their feedback and will try to better our communications as well as delivery timesThank you for this opportunity to re-group and evaluated our processes to better help our clients

I have received the response to the above mentioned client. We definitely dropped the ball in getting the glasses back in a timely manner. This does not make up for the matter, but I personally made the effort to deliver the glasses to the above referenced client to ensure they were properly fitted. We spoke briefly about events that have transpired and the client seemed to be pleased with receiving their glasses. I did mention again about taking care of her daughter when she comes in (much deserved discount). I have yet to hear about when they will be able to stop by, but I thought we left on good terms. I know that if given the chance, we can regain the client's confidence in our service. I will be reaching out if I do not hear from client soon. I will consider this matter resolved when, and only when, the client says so. Thank you again for the valued feedback. Without this valuable feedback, we can never learn from our mistakes and become better.
