sales person, who is the "only" person that I was able to speak with, was the one who suggested the Yellow River in the beginning when I was trying to choose. He gave me no indication that I would be waiting up to 2 months for my Granite. He says in his response that he told me that he informed me that he "had" to cut my granite 4 " too short, that is not true. If so, I would have gone to another Granite provider, there are many in and around Springfield. And about the fissure, I watched the installer break it, and glue it back together, then wanted me to sign off on it. If The Granite Source really thinks that they performed their job to the "Best" of industry standards, than why are they going to give me this broken, mis-cut Granite at 1/2 price. This company is not to be "Trusted".
