Excellence
The smell of something burning when our heater clicked on today resulted in my quick call to Potter and Primm, Inc. Robbie P[redacted] arrived within the hour and was able to diagnose the problem quickly - a loose wire in the breaker had burned through the rubber coating on the wire and messed up the breaker, too. It was too late tonight to get a new breaker, but he was able to work around it for tonight. He will be back tomorrow to put in the new breaker and rewire. Robbie was pleasant and very professional! I highly recommend him and Potter and Primm!

I became acquainted with this business through a TVA home energy project. Their work was so throrough I subsequently contracted for regular service. My reasons are: 1) I do not have to remember to ask them to check this or that because they check everything; 2) in asking questions, I have never felt rushed. They are willing to take as much time as I need to understand a situation; 3) they do not just identify a problem saying it has to be fixed immediately, they tell you options if delay is feasible; 4) they tell me things I am doing right and give me tips for further things I can do to increase the life and efficiency of my units;; 5) when they have repaired a specific problem, they call back to be sure the problem has been resolved; and 6) the technicians wear shoe covers when they come into your house! They excel at customer service.
tech came to door and got right to work determine my problem. clean and dressed well for work. Told me what he found my problem was . estimated cost to repair
verses new installation. check to see if my unit was in warranty. Let me decide which road I wanted to travel. help me get financing. very helpful and polite.
