Review: [redacted] of Pottie Time contracted men to repair water damage done to my home when a radiator burst. When we went in to clean for a renter to move in, the paint tape was still around the window frame in the kitchen and it removed paint when I took it down (it had been there for weeks), the washer and dryer were still sitting in the center of the living room, and all the garbage was still lying on the back patio. The outlet covers were also not replaced. When I texted him because he didn't take my calls, [redacted] complained to me about having lost money, delays with payment from the insurance company, a previous time that my husband used his business - before I was with my husband, and refused to complete the job. I stated that these issues were not my problem or my concern and I expected the job to be finished. All he agreed to do was gather the garbage and was very rude at that. I have kept all the texts from him if that is valuable to you.Desired Settlement: I would like to make people aware of his unprofessional and poor quality approach to doing business. I have to have this work done for my renter to move in so other people will have to do it for me.
