The Pottstown Cluster of Religious Communities (PCRC) was notified by landlord on March 14, 2016, that the indicated residence was abandoned by both occupantsEviction proceedings had been filed by the landlord prior to this notificationLandlord stated the residence was left completely furnished
and he would begin to dispose of all items left in the residenceLandlord asked if PCRC would be able to use any of the furnishings and clothing for consumers that PCRC servesPrior to accepting the offer, PCRC contacted the local police to determine if they knew the whereabouts of the tenantsPolice responded that no information was known or availableLandlord provided entry to the residence and gave permission to remove items that as a result of residency abandonment, became the landlord's propertyA few pieces of furniture, wall hangings, and housewares were donated to PCRC consumers, while clothing and small items were donated to a local thrift storeA small bag of photographs was saved in the event the tenants would resurfaceThe tenant corresponding with Revdex.com contacted PCRC approximately 6weeks after the donations were madeShe inquired where her belongings were and noted that she was incarcerated in TennesseePCRC explained the above mentioned situation, and notified her that there was a bag of photographs if she wanted themArrangements were made that previous roommate gathered the photos
