Review: This company is trying to steal an additional 100 dollars by claiming we didn't make a payment when they clearly have given us a receipt for it. In addition signed a contract with us to apply 50 dollars to the last bill which they claim was a mistake although it was signed.Desired Settlement: We owe this company 250 dollars not 400 as they claim. We will pay on the spot the 250 dollars that we owe. I even in good faith offered to go half of the additional hundred and the director which is not much of a director claimed I insulted her. I would like to deal with someone more professional and higher up in the company instead of this director and the other person we think may have taken the money.
