For them to read a small document (30 pages) I thought what they charged was very high. I even had a discount using them and still thought it was way too high. I had to pester the lawyer reviewing the document to get any kind of communication from them. In the end they basically "oh well" and "we'll send you the bill." I guess I just expected a bit more for my money.
